Hey there! I'm Frankie and am a non-binary transmasculine lecturer who grew up in rural Iowa. I obtained my undergraduate in nursing from the University of Iowa and eventually joined the faculty. I love variety so I have quite a few side projects including working as a sexual assault nurse examiner (SANE), post-operative care, medical reviewing, and content creation for different companies. My primary background is mental health nursing and I adore sharing my passion with students. I joined the network because I wanted to be available to students, especially queer students, who don't see themselves when they look around a classroom. In my free time I play a lot of TTRPGs (think Dungeons & Dragons) and enjoy video games on easy mode.
