I’m the Administrative Services Coordinator for Cinematic Arts. My job involves supporting students, faculty, and staff through academic logistics, events, and daily operations. As a University of Iowa alum and former transfer student, I understand what it’s like to navigate a new campus, advocate for credits, and settle into a large university. Before joining Cinematic Arts, I worked with The Division Interdisciplinary Programs and the Magid Center for Writing, supporting student publications and outreach.

I’m familiar with academic logistics, transfer credit navigation, and campus processes from my own experience as a transfer and TRIO student at Iowa. I love at helping students think through transitions, find community, and talk about career interests or next steps in a way that feels manageable.

Outside of work, I volunteer with TRAIL of Johnson County, Operation Snowball, am a member of the Iowa Nonprofit Alliance (INA), and am Mental Health First Aid Certified, which keeps me connected to community‑based work. Talking with students about their interests, creative projects, and long‑term goals is where a lot of my passion lies. I’m also a big fan of writing, and conversations that help people feel more confident about where they’re headed.
