I am the Faculty Affairs Manager in the College of Education, which basically means I work with all faculty in the College of Education mainly on human resources-type issues. I’ve worked all around campus in financial aid, academic department support, and human resources. I have a Master’s in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Iowa College of Education. Supporting students from all backgrounds is really important to me! Students are the reason we’re here working as staff. I’m here to support students in career planning, navigating the job application and interview processes, both on campus and after graduation, and discussing workplaces and related interpersonal issues. I’m also a really good listener. In my free time, I love to exercise and I perform comedy improv in the Iowa City area. I also love animals and if you need to go on and on about your cat or dog with someone, I’m all ears.
