Hello! My name is Constance Judd (she/her/hers) and I am a student affairs practitioner at the University of Iowa with a Master of Arts in Educational Policy & Leadership Studies. I have a strong educational background with expertise in English language acquisition and cross-cultural exchange. In the past, I have worked with multiple international foundations that focus on international and cross-cultural exchange and global education. I enjoy working with first-gen students because my family is comprised of individuals who identify as first-gen. I have witnessed how motivated and determined first-gen students are in college and I want to be a part of those who make a difference and assist in the success of first-gen students!
