As a Curricular and Educational Resource Manager for the College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics at the University of Iowa, I Provide oversight, coordination, and leadership of academic programs and by designing, planning, integrating and evaluating curriculum, as well as managing enrollment, academic standards and teaching resources. Additionally, by collaborating with the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, faculty, staff, and students, I develop a curriculum that reflects the competencies, assessment measures, and outcomes necessary for becoming a dentist. Furthermore, I enhance and support the operations of the Office for Academic Affairs by providing guidance and direct assistance regarding Iowa Courses Online (ICON) to collegiate faculty and staff, as well as assist in all aspects of the American Dental Association (ADA) Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) processes and documentation.
