Jackie DeMolee

Registrar Services Coordinator, Office of the Registrar
Biography

My path to and through higher education was not traditional. As a First Generation student and oldest child, I navigated higher education with the help of higher education professionals. Without the help of higher education professionals, involvement in student organizations, and persistence, I don't know if I would have been able to progress and, ultimately, graduate with two degrees. My career in higher education really began as an undergraduate student through a workstudy job in an admissions office. I also worked in several offices including enrollment services, athletics, and residence life. My professional experience includes one stop services and academic affairs (registrars office). Supporting First Generation students allows me pay forward what I have learned with the hope that students feel more comfortable and empowered to succeed outside of the classroom.
