I serve as the Director of Pathways to Excellence, formally known as Academic Support & Retention, at the University of Iowa. In my role on campus, I lead and support campus-wide retention initiatives, such as Exelling@Iowa, 1stGen@Iowa, First Gen Hawks, GEAR UP, College Readiness Programs, academic coaching, and individualized student support.  
 

I’m here to connect with students who have questions about maximizing study strategies, exploring future goals, solving challenges on campus or in life, or simply need someone to talk to or listen. 
 

In my free time, I enjoy crafting—particularly sewing. So, if you ever need a button sewn on, I’ve got you covered!
