I am from a very rural community in southern Iowa, and graduated from a high school class of just 13 students. I was a first-gen college student myself, and I understand how navigating a large university can be challenging and intimidating at times. My career at the University has included many years overseeing the service provided to students and families from the University Billing Office, and I am now responsible for technical systems and operations in the Office of Student Financial Aid.
