Breann Fredrickson

Assistant Director of Housing Administration
Biography

I grew up in a blue-collar family where I just assumed that I wasn't going to go to college. It wasn't something we talked about at home. When it came time for me to decide my post-high school plans, I was stuck. I went to school for a year and just didn't feel like I "fit" there. I worked for a while I tried to identify what I wanted to do. I was very lucky to have great mentors and was gaining very beneficial real world and work experience. I've signed up to be a mentor because as first-generation student and a non-traditional student once I jumped back in, it would have been helpful to have someone to bounce questions off of. Sometimes I felt a bit lost simply because I wasn't on the same path as most of my classmates. Reach out- I'm happy to help!
