I greatly value supporting first-generation college students. I am a first-generation college student who first attended my hometown's community college, and then became a commuter student to complete my undergraduate studies, so I recognize how complex and challenging it can be to attend college for the first time, not feel familiar with campus living and campus life, and to be unsure about what questions to even ask. Since attending graduate school and working in college mental health for over 10 years, I am honored to be in a position where I can support students in any phase of their journey.
