Laura Croteau-Lopez has been a Registered Dietitian with University of Iowa Housing & Dining since June 2015. She supports students with dietary restrictions, helps them navigate campus dining, and works to make nutrition feel approachable and doable for everyone. Laura also enjoys serving as a mentor—connecting with students, listening to their goals, and offering guidance as they find their path. Whether it’s providing nutrition resources or simply being someone they can turn to, she loves helping students feel confident and supported throughout their time on campus.
