Amira serves as the Associate Director of School Partnerships and Global Education Initiatives at the University of Iowa College of Education. Prior to this role, Amira taught high school social studies and students identified as English Language Learners. She earned both her BA in Psychology and MA in Teaching, Leadership and Cultural Competency from the University of Iowa.
