I am an admissions counselor in the Office of Admissions. I work with students as they prepare to be Hawkeyes but love to work with current students as well! I was a first Gen student, first getting my undergrad in Social Work and later getting my Master’s in School Counseling. I was a high school counselor for over 10 years before working in higher ed at the University of Iowa. I’m love to be of assistance to students as they navigate their years on campus. When I’m not at work, I’m attending my kid’s activities. I also enjoy camping, hiking, and scrapbooking. I love chat over coffee, froyo or just for a stroll around campus.
