Biography

Before I started working with instructional technology at Iowa, I was a high school English and journalism teacher and a librarian in public and college libraries. I majored in journalism and English when I got my BA at Iowa, and have a Masters of Education from the University of Missouri and a Masters of Science in Library Science from the University of Illinois. My current role at Iowa involves helping faculty use technology in their classes, mainly through trainings, consultations and writing documentation. I am also the manager of the SITA (Student Instructional Technology Assistants) program.
