Karla Madrigal is an Academic Coach with Campus Outreach Services at the Center for Inclusive Academic Excellence. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Iowa in 2022, and will be graduating in May of 2024 with her Master of School Counseling degree at the University of Iowa. She is a first-generation student, and is passionate about utilizing her experiences in order to help students believe that they are capable of achieving their goals and aspirations. She is a daughter of two incredible, hard-working immigrant parents, who she dedicates all of her achievements to.
